1. Manufacturing Engineering:
We, at AMM, provide the manufacturing support and solution right from Design to production till dispatch, which include understanding the design requirements and translating them into Manufacturing Instructions and Modification of Manufacturing Data according to the Engineering changes, Identifying alternate Materials and Manufacturing techniques for building electrical harness & mechanical components of varied complexity for both Build to Print (BTP) and Build to Specification (BTS) requirements.
Right now, we are supporting most of the European Aerospace and Rail Industries for Electrical and Mechanical system manufacturing.
2. AVIONICS V & V:
AMM undertakes independent review, independent HW-SW integration testing, low-level unit testing, software-software integration testing, Assembly testing as per CEMILAC requirements and DO178B/C guidelines. With the use of modern testing tools, AMM executed V&V projects with little overhead.
Satisfaction of the independence criteria for V&V is one of the many values adds that AMM can bring into a customer’s project Environment. AMM also offers test automation services to save effort and cost.
3. Maintenance Repair and overhaul:
AMM follows quality as an essential parameter of the MRO services using Test Benches. As a result, this will always be considered and valued when supporting our customer’s fleet and servicing components.
AMM supports in the repair and design solution of wiring harness and mechanical cabinets with the required updates through the dedicated design tools to support the various Test Benches needed for the MRO of the aircraft. As per the change requests and the existing bench location, AMM provides the connection details of extremities with the details of newly added components to install.
4. Electrical Harness Design:
AMM supports our customer in complete design to delivery of Electrical harness and installation for the Aircraft.
Design of FIH Electrical Harness with respect to TDD and SIDP. Also design of L929 3D model In CATIA V5 and in VPM 3D COM including L928 clamps and fixed bracket. AMM processes and efforts create a cost reduction of upto 10% by productivity improvements. AMM also ensures high quality with a consistent first time right (FTR) of about 96%.
