1. Train Collision Avoiding System:
AMM had partnered with tier-1 Railway customer for software testing of TCAS that is designed to prevent overshoot of signals (signal passing at danger) and train collisions in station section as well as block section.

Our main tasks included, Code review & Code walk through according to CENELEC & MISRA C coding standards, Test case preparation and TCS review, Performed and generated system level testing, Regression testing for modified code and Test plan preparation according to customer specification, software design document and software requirement specification.

2. Bogie Unit:
AMM supports in the design & development of Bogie structure and Bogie mounted components. AMM believes in quality is an essential parameter to achieve the customer satisfaction. So, we at AMM has done design optimization to reduce cost without compromising strength and quality.

Coordinating with multiple teams during various stages of Bogie design such as CBS systems, Rail dynamics and industrialization teams. Structural analysis is one of the important tasks which we have done in CATIA V5-GPS for static and fatigue load cases.

3.Brake Management System:
AMM has leveraged its expertise in designing & development of a brake management system in compliance to the desired standards. In one such case, Architect the system block diagram, Design and Development of complete hardware, software and supporting application software.

Functional and performance testing. Requirement gathering and System Design. Developed multiple simulators for parallel development of modules.

Way Side Signaling Panel:
AMM was partnered with tier-1 railway customer to develop Way Side Panel Design Electrical Integration for signaling systems. AMM was involved in designing the panels for fiber optics to copper conversion for way side signaling requirement.  Different category cables are routed with separations inside the panel. Proper grounding of earthing circuit with common earth.

Aluminum cable gland has been used to prevent outside disturbances to sensitive equipment. Shielding of data communication cable through earth bar.
